Housing support may be available to participants who are in special circumstances; if you are a graduate student and feel your situation fits this description, please apply for extra housing support through the Strings 2014 registration site NO LATER THAN APRIL 1st. Notice also that April 1 is the deadline for the discounted Strings 2014 registration fee (see below*). Graduate students can apply for support directly on the registration page. If you have already applied for support, you do not need to do so again. If you did not apply for extra housing support when you originally registered for Strings 2014, you may return to the Strings 2014 site and, using the same email and password you used to register, you can go back into your registration record and modify it by filling out the housing support application. POSTDOCS can apply for housing support by writing directly to Strings2014@Princeton.EDU and explaining their special circumstances by APRIL 1 as well. Housing support will consist in discounted accommodations in Princeton University dormitories. Applicants will be informed of the decision by April 15.
*Until April 1 the registration fee, which also covers the lunches and coffee breaks, will be $150 for students and $250 for everybody else. The conference will be run by Princeton Conference Services and registration will be required to attend lectures and other events. We encourage you to register at the website http://physics.princeton.edu/strings2014/Registration.shtml.
